Hey Guys!!

Update time.

Our fabric is finally finished!  

It's difficult to show you how awesome this peppermint tech fabric is over the internet, but once you touch it, we're guaranteeing YOU Will LOVE IT.   

We added the Tencel to the final blend, and between that and the way our mill finished, cut, and washed the fabric...

it is so silky smooth, lusciously soft, airy, and stupefyingly brilliant.  <===dang... adjective game on point:), no other blend comes close.

We've touched and tested a lot of underwear over the past couple years and this blend is truly best in class.

The Flamingo color by the way is orange.  Not pink.  It's not a traffic cone orange or pumpkin orange, but it is a very nice warm orange that plays along great with the microchip pique mesh grey.

Some bad news... and you might have guessed it already, but we are running behind schedule.  

With the delay in the fabric we've missed our cut and sew slot at our facility, so we are six-ish weeks behind schedule.  Sorry!

Now more good news!  

Our cut and sew facility is working up the final pre-production prototypes and we should have them in a week or so.

Also, more good news..

If you've added on the Silver Series socks, we're finishing another run and split the 2 sizes into 4 to give you a more dialed-in sizing experience.  Nate will be reaching out to you via Backerkit to get your size.

Hey Friends!

Hope you are enjoying the holiday season!

We wanted to give you a production update before the official holiday break.  We've been hoping to get you real life photos of the finished fabric by now in each colorway but the fabric mill is running a bit behind.  We've had a choice to pressure and rush the mill or let them do their thing.  In the past, rushing a mill is asking for a rushed result, which is never good.  We're letting them do their thing.

Meantime, trims came in!

Internet photos never do justice, but these woven labels are the highest quality possible.  They're ultrasonic finished and Laser cut.  Yep, LASERS...

yeah, yeah.... had to do that...lol..

Anyhoo...

We also have been working on packaging.  Instead of the paper packaging we had planned, we're working on re-usable Dry Bags.  Our first rough, rough version is below.

The idea is to keep this packaging for travel and adventure and to prevent items like phones, note pads, clothes, etc., from getting wet.That's all we have for now!

Production Update--- Happy Thanksgiving!

Hey Friends!

I just got back from Asia meeting with the cut and sew people and our fabric mill.  First, our mill was so incredible.   For some background, we caught wind of these specialized fabrics about 2 years ago and it took us what seemed like forever to find a supplier. We didn't just find a supplier, but they are the leader in plant-based textiles.   It was so cooooool!

As a production update, we started milling our custom Peppermint Leaf- ProModal - Eslastin Blend 30 days ago and they will be wrapping up the raw fabric by next week.  

Then, we have fabric finishing and softening before they can start dying to our selected colorways.  Once we have the physical dyed colorway fabric, we'll be sure to get some pics uploaded.

Meantime... we've sourced the silkiest, smoothest, highest quality waistband material we could find on the planet.

Did i say SMOOOOOOTH?

Lastly, Claire and the rest of the team have been hard at work updated sewing construction on the latest prototypes.  We should have a last strike prototype to show you in a couple weeks as the final fabric gets ready to ship.  Yayahh!

Hey Guys,

We're pushing back delivering the surveys for a few days as we make some updates.  

This doesn't affect production at all.  In fact, we've already put in the fabric order to the mill and reserved space with our cut and sew facility.  

We're pushing back because we are making a lot of updates and improvements to the design with the help of our former Director of Design for Nike, Claire.  She's a total badass and we can't wait to show you how the concepts are being overhauled.  

More to come on that later but we are focused on both men's and women's lightness and breath-ability, along with ergonomics and shape.

You'll get some front row seats through updates of the design development:)

We're also updating the colors.

The Women's classic colors will be black, white, and nude.

The bold colors will be grey, olive, and dusty pink.

The Men's classics are black, grey, and navy.

The bold will be olive, white, and a burnt orange.

You'll see the the pantones in the surveys and we'll be updating renderings and sharing through updates soon.

Sooooo exciting!!!
